After having completed his master in law at the Law Faculty of Lausanne, Switzerland, Me A. von Braun worked from 2001 to 2003 as a tax and legal consultant at Arthur Andersen SA and Ernst & Young SA, in Geneva. He then chose to complete his studies and fulfilled his attorney-at-law traineeship among Lenz & Staehelin’s office, which allowed him to found his own law firm in April 2007. Thanks to a broad experience in various fields and before both Cantonal and Federal Judiciary authorities, Me von Braun mainly assists his clients in criminal law and civil litigation proceedings, such as real estate and construction, contractual as well as family law disputes. As Vice-President of the Employment Law Court of Lausanne, Me A. von Braun develops very specific knowledge, which sharpens his skills of advice and assistance in the employment field. Moreover, currently serving as an ad hoc law clerk at the Court of Arbitration for Sport, Me A. von Braun also advises athletes, federations and sports organisations, notably in the doping context and disciplinary cases as well as in general sports litigation disputes. |
